Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Reliable Mood online store and the purchase of products through it. The store operator's identification and contact details are available in our Legal Notice. For any questions, email info@reliablemood.com.

Using the store and making a purchase constitute acceptance of these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits consumers' mandatory rights.

1. Access to and use of the store

You must use the store lawfully and provide true, current and complete information when needed to process a purchase. If you use an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through that account.

2. Products

We aim to represent our products' characteristics, images and colours accurately. However, their appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen, device settings or characteristics of the production process. Descriptions, availability and characteristics may be updated when necessary, without affecting orders already accepted or legally acquired rights.

3. Orders and formation of the contract

By placing an order, you submit a purchase request. The order is subject to availability, payment validation and reasonably necessary checks. You will receive the relevant information through the contact details you provide.

We may reject or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as actual unavailability, an obvious pricing error, inability to collect payment, reasonable indications of fraud or inability to deliver. Amounts paid will be refunded where applicable.

4. Prices and payments

The applicable price is the price displayed in the store and confirmed before completing the order, including taxes that must be displayed under applicable law. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before payment. Promotions and discount codes are also subject to the specific conditions stated for each promotion.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery methods, costs and estimated timeframes are detailed in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout where applicable. Timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Consumers' rights in the event of delays or non-performance remain protected under applicable law.

6. Returns, withdrawal and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return, Withdrawal and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Consumers in Spain and the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 calendar days, subject to legally established exceptions.

The fact that a product is made on demand does not in itself mean that it is personalized. Exceptions to withdrawal apply only when the relevant legal requirements are met, such as goods made to the consumer's specific requirements or clearly personalized goods.

7. Legal guarantee and lack of conformity

Products sold to consumers are subject to the legal guarantee and rights relating to lack of conformity established by applicable law. Our commercial return policy does not replace or limit these rights.

8. Intellectual property

The store's own content, including text, graphic elements, photographs, design and materials created by Reliable Mood, is protected by intellectual and industrial property law where applicable. Reproduction, distribution or use beyond what the law permits is not authorized without the corresponding permission.

Trademarks, names, characters, logos and other elements belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. The appearance of third-party references in the store does not in itself imply ownership of those rights.

9. User content and reviews

If you submit reviews, comments or content to the store, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material. We may moderate or remove content where there is a legitimate reason to do so.

10. Third-party tools and links

The store may incorporate services, tools or links provided by third parties. Their use may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of external sites beyond our control, without prejudice to any responsibilities imposed on us by law.

11. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify provides the store's technological infrastructure and may process certain data to provide its services in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.

12. Relationship with Shopify

Reliable Mood uses Shopify as its e-commerce technology platform. Products offered by Reliable Mood are bought from Reliable Mood, not Shopify. This clarification does not limit any consumer right against the seller or alter either party's legal responsibilities.

13. Prohibited uses

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activities; infringe third-party rights; introduce harmful code; attempt to access systems or accounts without authorization; carry out abusive scraping that affects the service; send spam; impersonate others; or deliberately interfere with the store's security or availability.

14. Errors and inaccurate information

If we identify a material error in information, availability or pricing, we may correct it. If the error affects an order already placed, we will inform you and apply the appropriate remedy under applicable law. We will not use this clause to deprive you of rights recognized by mandatory law.

15. Liability

We are liable to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

16. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law to the extent applicable. If you purchase as a consumer from another territory, you also retain the mandatory protection afforded by the rules applicable to you as a consumer. Jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable legal rules, without any advance waiver of jurisdiction or rights recognized by law for consumers.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes. Changes will not retroactively affect rights already acquired and, where required by law, will be communicated in the appropriate manner.
