Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is free in all shipping zones currently enabled. In certain countries, paid Fast or Express options are also available. The price available for each order is always shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times

The following estimates are in business days and correspond to the shipping options currently configured:

Spain and Portugal: Standard 6–13 business days.
France, Germany and Italy: Standard 6–13 business days; Fast 5–11 business days; Express 4–10 business days.
United Kingdom: Standard 6–13 business days; Fast 4–10 business days; Express 3–8 business days.
United States: Standard 7–15 business days; Fast 5–11 business days; Express 3–8 business days.
Canada: Standard 7–18 business days; Express 5–10 business days.
Australia: Standard 7–15 business days.
Rest of Europe: Standard 10–33 business days.
Rest of the world: Standard 10–33 business days.

Fast and Express options are shown only when available for the destination, and their current price appears at checkout.

Estimates and possible delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of the carrier, customs, peak periods, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights under applicable law.

Tracking

When tracking is provided by the carrier, we will send the available information to the email address used for the order once the shipment has been processed.

Delivery address

Please check the address carefully before completing your purchase. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, unjustified refusal of delivery or failure to collect it, we may request the cost of a new shipment to resend it, unless the issue was caused by us or the carrier.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to taxes, duties or import charges depending on the destination country. When these amounts are not collected directly at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient under local law.
